Below is a quick guide to specifying your ground level without physically moving the project and changing the views on sheets.
How to choose the elevation of floor in revit.
Drag and drop your cursor in your drawing area to draw a line.
Notice the elevation symbol at your cursor position.
Under text specify a value for elevation origin.
Once you have clicked on the elevation tool move your cursor around in the active floor plan view.
Add a spot elevation to a drawing and then select it.
On the properties palette click edit type.
Change the first floor to floor elevation that must change to the new height lock that dimension.
1 open an elevation view north east or any of that even a section 2 go to manage.
Ground level still says 0.
Manage tab project location coordinates specify coordinates at point.
4 now click on any place and move like when you move an object to the desired position i e 100 in the z direction of the project.
First set the height of the point.
Open your project in revit.
Revit is allowing you to choose a position from which the elevation will be generated.
Make sure the dimension string only spans all of the levels that should be affected.
Plane at the placement height.
You need to trick the default elevation parameter by adding an invisible line going from the level to the placement height of your pipe.
Leave relative checked on.

Click eq for the rest of the dimensions.
Then add your own placement height parameter shared with a dimension from the level to the ref.
You do so by entering it s elevation or height into the box on the options bar.
3 at the project location on manage click on position tab and choose relocate project.
Select the ground level line and specify elevation.
If you selected relative click ok and on the properties palette select the value for relative base.
To change an elevation or slope you use a tool on the site designer tab modify panel select the element to modify and click change elevation.
Using the change elevation tool you can adjust elevations and slopes for a site element in one of the ways described below.
