Position your ember pizza oven with the back of the oven into the wind.
You ve lit your fire for long enough and now pushed the embers to the side.
Three or four small logs with a few pine cones or other kindling material should be fine.
This will assist airflow into the oven helping to increase temperatures.
When done simply slide the pizzas out and enjoy.
