Repeat for each of the rollers that have come off the track sliding them back in.
How to put garage door chain back on track.
Open the door while holding the roller against the track.
Pull the outside of the track open with another pair of pliers to put the wheels back on the track.
Make sure that the chain is put into the tracks so that it is straight without any kinks or other problems which could cause damage.
Press down on the chain with your finger.
Tighten the inside nut to lock it down and reattach the door to the trolley.
When all the rollers are back inside the track you can close the opening in the track.
Reach overhead and pull the rope to release the door.
You simply pull back on the emergency cord and it disengages.
Now s the time to press the garage door opener button to have the garage door fully and truly open.
Once you have the power supply shut off you can then start placing the chain back onto the tracks.
Use pliers to pry open one side of the track so the opening is wide enough to slide the roller back in.
Put your door panel back on and your ready to go.
Grasp the chain 1 foot from where it connects to the end of the threaded chain anchor.

Secure vise grips to the tracks under the door to keep it open while you work.
You should have 1 2 inch of play in the chain.
Thread the nut s facing the door clockwise until it meets the bracket then release the chain.
Find the track for the passage window loosen the track and put the glass back in track.
If the detached garage door simply comes off its track and you catch it before any damage occurs you can pop the garage door rollers back onto the track and reattach the door yourself.
Pulling back a second time does nothing.
Put the track back in track and tighten it down.
