I Have A Wet Jeep Floor Not From Sunroof

I do not have a sunroof so that is not the cause.

I have a wet jeep floor not from sunroof.

After having mine for about 4 days i noticed my drivers side floor mat was also wet. Why does it take a while before the jeep starts to leak. I use my shop vac to suck up the water in the carpet. Cruise on the interstate for an hour and never see it.

My drivers side front floor is always wet. Long story short i placed towels under the carpet and had. Questions jeep jeep commander 2006 jeep commander. Some sunroof drains have 90 degree grommets that have been known to clog and cause leaks.

I am taking it to the shop next week. No other place in the car was wet. Maybe my weatherstripping is poor around the door on that side. Try taping the sunroof with wide packing or duct tape and wait for rain or go to a high pressure car wash.

The water comes even when i don t use my ac or even when it doesn t rain. Out of three year warranty now. Found floor under front passenger seat was soaked. I don t see any wet or damp spots along the door to show evidence that it is coming from them that.

Had a leak on the passenger side floor. The car has only 10k miles on it. I have no sunroof. The water sits primarily under the passenger foot area.

I figured it was from the snow melting and me tracking it in the jeep but i can see now it may be an issue with mine too. I have a 2010 unlimited sahara it is actually at the dealer right now getting a paint issue fixed so maybe i will have them look into it while it is there. If you don t get a leak you can be certain it s the sunroof drains plugged causing the problem. I don t have a sunroof so i know it s not that drain but i do hear a whistle as i drive down the road.

But now the interior smells like mildew and i cannot figure out what is causing it to get so wet obviously this only occurs during the rain. I don t have a sunroof. I have an 04 liberty sport and i ve begun to notice the same thing. I have a 2018 jeep compass.

Not regular though but both front and back but now have a wet floor on the passenger side. Had a very heavy rain resulting in a 2 pond on the floor. The passenger s side carpet is always wet. The mechanic says he has never dealt with a problem like this.

Checked the drain on the floor and it was okay checked ac drain and it was okay. 2006 jeep commander estimates. If you do get water you have at least ruled out one of the possible sources.
